Boar
Well Hate to say it but I have to quit. I hunted last night on the new station on a pop blind, man is that the way to do it, he's been hitting it every time I baited, an again no show, smart sucker, he was able to get a grease bag full of dog food that I hung, musta rememberd how he got my first bacon ball, but it's time to move on to other things that I've neglected over the past five weeks. So thanks guys for all the communication, it really been fun talking to ya guys. I'll pop in from time to time an slowly make my way to ice fishing YEA! Good luck this fall an be safe . Gofishleech
Thats too bad Boar but its amazing what a guy neglects when he gets into hunting. we my son and I are going to give it another week. I pulled the blind and the camera for the weekend and will put it back up today for the week but its scary leaving it on public land. Our bait has been taken over by a sow and 3 cubs, the last hunt right at dark one cub was on the bait and one other came in behind the blind, he touched the blind with his nose and my son could hear him sniffing, son was very rattled when I got there to pick him up. The boar that came in on the second day (chopped ears) and spooked by a cough has not been back for two weeks but maybe this week.
