I'm kinda confused. Reading the waterfowl regs. a few mins. ago. It says that motorized decoys aren't allowed at all. I thought that was just for the first week or so. Maybe I just need to read more careful. Not sure though.

they arent allowed to be used in WMA ponds or lake at all. also cannot use them for first week of duck opener.

But that does not apply to wind powered mojo ducks. I think you can use the wind ones anytime.
