ring worms

i was just digging through some of my misc. plastics and i have a bunch of ring worms. They are not ring fry they are worms with a curly tail. Just wondering if any of you use them. I know they are big in the walleye world ( i think i just swore in the bass room)But i was wondering if any bassin guys use them. If so what is the advantage to them. Sink slower? Move more water?

They put off a suprising amount of vibration for their small size, lots of river guys use them in dirty water

I never use them. You shouldn't either.

I agree with Ray. They are terrible, and NEVER work for sight fishing!

I use the them alot, more so in rivers. I use them on a the lightest jighead I can get away with or a few time I used them on dropshot rigs in water that was a little stained.
