HUGE Beauford Buck?

The rumor is a HUGE buck was hit by Beauford (south of Mankato) on 22. The lady that hit it called the DNR about keeping it, but they took it instead. I heard it had a 26" inside spread.

The person that told me about it drove up there and saw a large deer body with the head removed.

Anyone know about this?

I don't know any lady named Beauford.

I find it hard to believe that the dnr would take just a deer head from the side of the road. I would think that they would remove the whole animal. I haven't heard anything about this yet. Keep us posted if you find anything out.-Later!
