good deal or no?

i found a fish house that i like but was a little out of my budget but i talked him into keeping the tv and ps2 and selling it to me for $5000 since i already have a tv and ps2 so i was just wondering if this sounds like a good deal or not any help greatly appreciated heres the description:

6.5 x 15. crank down wheels and crank down hitch, sets up in minutes. Five holes with catch covers, carpet, table bed with an additional overhead bunk. 16000 BTU Atwood furnace with thermostat, all pine interior, white ceiling. rattle reels over four holes, and rod holders. Yellow, smooth steal siding, one piece rolled aluminum roof, black trim. Two windows and an additional window in the door. TV, PS2, radio, fan, wired for 12V and 110 for generator use. exterior plug for 110, also an exterior light over the door. The house has a V-front with lower cabinet and two upper cabinets in the V. Hole lights over each hole. Propane tank holder, trailer lights. Stone guard on the lower half in the front and up the V to the roof. If you’ve seen the Ice Castle fish houses..this is identical. $5500.00 Call me if interested.

There are quite a few websites that have prices and pictures of ice houses just google ice houses for sale and you can do some comparison and see, but for the price and its size it sounds like its worth it.

I quess it would depend on who and how the frame was made first and foremost, next would the quality/technique of the shelter construction.

exactley what i was thinking....check the frame......the old frames that are angle iron will usually need to be replaced eventually. something to consider!!!!
