Fish were going today in the DL area. Boated a 51.25 and a 50.5 and lost 3 other fish with one being in the 53-54 inch range.

No pics for me. Temps were close to the 80 mark so I left the camara in the case. The last four times Ive been out Ive got a 52, 51.25, 50.5, and a 48!!!! Not to bad for a week!!!!! Still mad I lost the biggest one(53-54.)

well brian lucky, or lucky brian. Just kidding way too many fish to say lucky.

Glad to hear the fishing is picking up. and hats off for the fishing etiquette. I saw a guy kill a 50 last year and he said he also killed 2 more ealier in the year. He trolled them to death I guess.

Any way I hope it stays hot, fishing wise, I will be up in a couple of weeks and every weekend in sept-oct.

Fish still going on area lakes. Changed lakes today with good success. Three hookups, two landed, one 50" released quickly with the happy horizontal hold. 10 year old son got to help. Have to return to real world of meteorology and flying soon, so may be my last post still sept vacation. Later folks.
