My wife and I just got the Canon XTI -I finally get to play again. Here are some - what do you think.

Raft - simple but refreshing

Eagle- not a great picture but great timing

Milkweed - so much beauty that is so easily overlooked

35 s- you tell me what it says to you...

MN, you know what? I like that raft shot best of all. It's the light. It's beautiful diffuse light that tapers from one direction to the other, and there's such a feeling of peace. How many of us spent our summers at the lake, at a resort or a cabin, diving off a dock just like that one? If I were an art director at an advertising agency I'd be looking at that image as part of a get-away-from-it-all campaign.

And, of course, while the eagle isn't totally sharp, it's definitely trying to carry a trophy that's almost too big for it, and that's cool, too.

Nice work. grin.gif
