Steak Seasoning

[WCS]

Here is what is supposed to be a knock-off of the seasoning used at Outback Steak Houses.

4 tablespoons Salt

2 tablespoons Paprika

1 tablespoon Black pepper, coarsely ground

1 1/2 teaspoons Onion powder

1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder

1 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon Coriander

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric

PREPARATION:

Mix together and use on any beef.

Makes about 1/2 cup.

I can't say for sure if is actually like Outback's seasoning, but it is good.

I had the Kirkland brand this weekend and it was pretty good. Very similar to Outback but has more heat to it.
