Shot Gun Zone Question

I was just out at Wallyworld and saw they had the new regulations book and I have a quick question. Correct me if I'm wrong. The line is South of Hwy 10 West of Hwy 32 south. I'm hunting the RRV and I just want to make sure I can use my 06 instead of the shotgun.

I'm hunting up in the RRV in Norman county and I was just wondering cause it seems to like follow 94 up to Cass County then follow Hwy 10 into Moorhead. Am I correct or am I reading this wrong?

If it is the same as last year you should be able to use the rifle in that area. I took a trip around that area last year on opener to see how some friends were doing and there were very few people using rifles. Most of the land owners wouldn't let people hunt their land if they planned on using a rifle so be sure to have the slug gun sighted in as well.
