Sounds like there is a lot more announcements coming involving Ginn Racing. They are supposedly very close to a merger with DEI and the elimination of two teams. They also didn't enter Nemechek's #13 for this weekend yet and have said they won't unless they pick up a sponsor. They also closed up their Busch program at least temporarily.
