Loeb I think on arkwright st was great lots of cattails and hard to fish that was 10-12 yrs ago,but I always caught at least 2-3 cats 1-4Lbs. and a pond in IGH by a school with an Island and walkway to the island< Dont remember location or name its stocked as a kids pond it was better and all lawn.

Seriously though, watch your back if you're going to fish Powderhorn. It may be fine, or it may not, it's pretty much a dump shoot. I don't know which is worse, the gang-bangers or the prematurely grey Birkenstock-wearing Starmuffins.
