I heard a tale today about a 47lb Flathead coming out of Phalen. Has anybody else heard about this?

I lived on the south of phalen,eye fished lots BIG eyes in there! I also on the north side on the walk bridge the channel going to Gervais,have seen flats 20-40 just lazin along in water 18" deep,So I do believe the story.
