bugs in black and white on birches

Here are a couple from this past weekend, a daddy longlegs and an unidentified moth.

Black and white is almost a forgoten medium now adays. I harldy ever think of using it. It really makes those bugs look good against that tree bark background.

Beautiful looking texture to those shot. That first one has a 'Silence of the lambs' feel to it.
