Tuck Topper with Ladder rack

Anybody have any opinion regarding a good truck topper?

I'm thinking I want a fiberglass one, though I'm not sure. I have a 2003 Tundra.

I know of LEER, and that's about it. I'm starting a business, and need to be able to stow tools, etc. in the back (far from prying eyes), and I also need to carry a couple of ladders on the top. It would be nice if the ladder rack was removeable since I can't fit in my garage with it on, and I'd like to have the option available (I know, I know...I'll never be driving in my garage again ). I would also like to be able to reach in through the side windows for items.

I don't have business, but have some advice. I also have a Raven brand, and I got it new in '98, and still use it.

-I have drivers side hatch window, and doing ti again I would get it on both sides. They have them now that still allow small windows with screens (dogs, camping, etc.) even when you get the side hatch windows. Try to get the windows keyed the same as the tailgate window. Mine was not.

-Back window - I have two latches, on each side. At first I did not like it, but after having it, I like being able to have two "locks" rather than just one, as it feel more solidly locked. But maybe there are newer methods now.

-Get it carpeted on the inside. Keeps dust down, noise down (again, if you would even sleep in it on fishing/hunting trip, etc.). Also makes it looks much nicer. Maybe standard nowadays

-Get Fiberglass. Had both, and the extra $$ are worth it.

-to keep prying eyes out, put some dark film on inside of windows. You have to get pretty close to see in mine, and mine was just stock medium color.

-I do not have it, but I would recommend the opening window from inside of truck (front window on topper) so you can climb inside and drop window, and then clean the back of your cab window. Unless you have rear slidding window in your truck, then you are set. I just have the slider window in the topper, but no slider in the truck... heh. Good planning huh?

edit: BTW, I am pretty sure you can get ladder racks that are removable for fiberglass toppers. I did not, but remember seeing them as options.
