Trailer Re-Pack Bearings

I have never done this, and I don't have a clue on how to do it, but I know it needs to be done this fall. I just recently purchased a small aluminum boat and trailer that was used, and I want to make sure my bearings are in good shape and repack them if needed. But I could use some advice.

Is their a good web site that details this? I have heard it's not hard to do, but I want to do it right, and have the right tools and equipment on hand when I do it.
