Decent night

We fished for the famed flattie's and picked up 4 tonight. Not a great night but not a bad one either. Largest was approx 15#'s.

Three of them came in the daylight hours. Slowed after dark.

got a 15lber a few days ago at 2pm in the heat of the sun...also had my creek chubs picked clean off the hook after a single thump with my drag as light as possible. still trying to figure that out.

Full Moon.

Full moon schmull moon. Chris caught 119lbs of flathead with five fish Fri night biggest going 43lbs and he got another 30lber and a few smaller ones Sat night. There is a certain type of structure being focused on that is paying off right now.

I'm with Hanson. The fuller the moon, the more spread out the feeding activity is and it's the best time for day flathead fishing.

You fortunate son of a gun. We did a lot of jumping around Saturday in different areas and never stumbled upon a pattern. Well, it's hard to establish a pattern when you don't stumble upon fish!
