Bullhead Bait?

Does anyone know the ruleing on using bullheads for bait? I know that in the "Regulation changes that could be implemented" it said something about bullheads as bait.

You could always use bullhead as bait as long as they were under 7" That was the law and still is. They are currently working on a change to 10". Hopefully yet this year.

Another thing to remember is taking them from infested waters. Unless you have a permit, you can't use those either.
