Ants?

I have several spots in my lawn that have ant homes. What is the best way to rid of them?

I had 3 big hills last year, just poured some Terro on the hills, they were gone in less then a week.

I've tried 3 different Brands from Menards! All 3 work but only to move the ants! They make new hills 10-15 ft. away,I have 15-20 hills on a 3/4 acre lot,its down to 10 hills I've treated 3 times now,and I'll try again.

when I was a kid, my grandparents had a bunch of these ant mounds, all we did was dump boiling hot water on the mounds, it killed them off quick, and it was almost free.

It is true that they move locations so its good to find an insecticide treatment that you can apply to the entire lawn, similar to adding fertilizer.

I'll have the whole lawn covered soon,just two or three more moves for dem critters.I thought it killed em!
