Hex hatch

I'm not real familiar with it but certainly have heard of and witnessed the famous hex hatch - I've only seen it on lakes. Question is, aren't we about due for that to happen and how many of you are awaiting it?

it typically happens towards the end of june and the start of july but can vary depending on temps and conditions. it really gets those big trout going and presents one of the best opportunitties to catch some real hogs on drys. When it starts it's pretty hard to miss.

Amen:) I shoot for around June 25 on a couple bow lakes up gunflint way. Gotta be the best shot all year at big, suicidal fish!
