Landscaping Rock Prices

I was curious on the price of small (like 1/2" or so) river rock. I was quoted a price for $21/yard from a ready mix plant. I was wondering if thats a decent price with out checking landscape centers in the area. The other plus is that they won't charge me delivery.

That sounds like a good deal to me. I think landscaping places would charge closer to $50/yd plus delivery

I agree. I think I paid $40 a yard last summer and I was hauling it in my pickup.

Yeah that's a good price. I doubt you'll find it cheaper anywhere else besides removing it for free from someones yard
