Ok,I didn't know where else to post this...so here it is

I picked up this scooter and I am looking for -ANY- help I can on how to get it running,or maybe someone else that has one

It was made 1980-1982,and I have 90% on the parts for it,and was told it ran 5 years ago

Help anyone???
