Best Features of the Lowrance H2Oc

I've recently bought a Lowrance H2Oc and was wondering what features people have found most valuable? I plan to use it mostly for fishing and have the Lakemaster chip. Also, how accurate are the lake contours? Am I right on the spot or within x # of feet?

I like the 'Find' feature the best. I have the LakeMaster chip in mine, and it has a ton of info on it (with phone numbers).

Wherever I'm at I use it to find what I want...It might be an address, a Wal-mart, or 3-mile flat on Mill Lacs.

Anyone else?

The find is REAL NICE. I also have the LakeMaster map and can't really complain. It's also nice that you can customize the details that display on your map, for example, I want to see the trip distance and speed without going to a different page. This may be a feature on other units but I find it very helpful.

Love mine for the reasons above and I just returned from Table Rock in MO and had occasion to save trails from each day and the ability to change trail colors was awesome - helped in sorting out all the trips so made it easier to find our way back home - we did make a 45 min run and it would have been much tougher to sort out the return path if all trails were the same color.

Also love the ability to measure a feature on the Lakemaster map - if I am looking over a lake and see an underwater hump or a point I can use the Find Distance feature to measure its size. Tough to tell scale without it - could be the size of a football field or a car....

As for accuracy, it will depend on how many satellites it locks into - more is better.

maybe not the best feature; I bought a video screen cover made by belkin for the Ipod Video's. One package has enough cover for 2 or 3 ifinder screens. I am very glad I did this, no scratches on the screen ever, just may have to replace screen covers. THere is no extrea glare and visibility is still great.

Daze how do you measure the size of a hump? Do you have to be next to it?
