Title for snowmobile trailer???

I recently bought a used '97 tilt Sled Bed trailer. It has perm. registration. Should I have a title for it or is registration enough?

Dont take this for sure! But I recall after the state went to permenent lisences.It was to save them time & money by not Issueing Titles the perm. lisence works as one.I've got Titles for all 4 of my trailors but I got them before Perm,Lisences.

I believe registration is enough. The last two trailers I have purchased never had a title, I only registered them at the DMV.
