waskawood
Here is a starter for you. Modify it to your liking. 1 Chopped Onion 2 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp Vinegar 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Cup Celery chopped fine 1 Cup Ketchup 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 Tsp Mustard 1/2 Tsp Salt Pepper to taste 1 cup water 4 Tsp Liquid Smoke. Sautee onions and celery in butter until tender add remaining ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes. Modify it to your own taste. I like a spicy sweet sauce with lotsa of smoke so I add extra pepper, brown sugar and liquid smoke. I have added a thickening agent at times to give it a little body. Enjoy...... bwtrout
Reducing some orange juice will add some nice 'tart'.
