Steve Bakken
I was doing about 80 mph across a lake last weekend--uh, in another state , in my '99 mxz 600 and everytime the tach would get up to 8100 the motor would shut down for a second, and at about 7900 it would kick back in. It did this numerous times untill I got to the other side and slowed down. We put about 150 miles on after the lake and it ran absolutly fine. I haven't had a chance to check my owners manual yet, but I was curious if anyone else has experienced this.
