F150 Tire size ???

Hey guys, i'm in the process of getting some new shoe's for my truck and am looking for a bit more of an aggressive look. I have a totally stock 03' F150 FX4, my question is will I be able to fit 285/70/17's without any other modifications? I'll be using stock rims..

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Here are some stats from the web. It looks like they recommend a 2-4 inch lift. I know my kid put 265/75 under his F150 and it filled the wheel wells up pretty dang good so I can believe the 2+ inch lift.
