Loose tarp on OTTER Medium Cabin

I've had the shack for 4-5 years and use it often. The tarp has become quite loose. I extend the poles to the second notch, the velcro latches are in the right place, but still i have about 6" of extra fabric that gets in the way of the heater. Any solutions would be helpful. thanks.

Do you have the extendable spreader pole for the front by the door? If not get 1 it really helps to take out the slack in the front. I have the mag lodge and use 2 when its windy. Putting in all the poles will help even more.

Thanks Northlander, I have the rods but prefer to use them only when it's windy. They're kind of a pain to use when hole hopping. Any othe suggestions?
