It was the Canon 1D Mark2n and Canon 400 f2.8L (non IS) and Canon 1.4 TC shot off a monster Gitzo tripod and Studioball head. Gotta be a big tripod, since the lens weighs about 12 lbs.These were shot at f4. The lens opens to f2.8, as mentioned, but adding the 1.4 TC takes away one stop.
