IcemanMN
The DNR HSOforum shows this lake as closed to fishing Quote: Status of the Fishery (as of 07/16/2001)Pleasant Lake is closed to fishing by legislation. The lake has been used as a source of panfish for the children's fishing pond program. Occasionally the lake has also been used as a source of muskellunge eggs for both the pure strain and the hybrid muskellunge program. The St. Paul Water Utility uses the lake as a source of drinking water. Anyone know if this is still closed? I have a lake map for it on the lakemaster chip was going to try it out. Walleye Guy
I would not risk an adventure to Pleasant Lake. Rumor has it that it takes about 20 minutes before the authorities show up to escort you off the lake. It is still closed to fishing.
