how does madison, mn look for pheasant numbers? my dad was thinking we should make a trip onto his buddies' land out in madison. HOw are the numbers?

Snow today scared them all away

I hunted near there about a month ago and it was fantastic. Out group of four limited out very fast on some private land we had permission on.

I hunted ditch parrots near Madison, SD today. Does that count? Had my 3 in about an hour! It was great to see my dog work.

On the MN side, I'd bet just about anywhere in Western MN would be good. I went back to SW MN to deer hunt and the pheasants were thick!
