Restoring my 1969 Mustang

I have deciced to put some money into my 69 Mustang. I plan on having some Engine, interior and structural work done. Can anybody recommend a Restoration shop or garage that does this type of work. I live in South Metro but am not afraid to drive outside of the metro(cheaper labor/shop costs). This is not a full restoration job, just a few upgrades.

My step dad is into old cars......what kind of upgrades are we talkign about here?? Cosmetic or mechanical?? Older vechiles are suprisingly easy to work on if you know what your doing......or at least compared to the more modern cars.
