skunk-ape
If you have an all-season deer license and haven't filled any tags yet during the general firearms and archery seasons, can you shoot and tag three deer with just the muzzleloader? I'm normally pretty good at interpreting the regs but this one has me stumped. Thanks for the help!!
woody1975
You can shoot 1 buck and 2 does with the muzzleloader. The regulations say (take bonus tags out of the equation) you can take 3 deer with the All-Season - Only two does in any "ONE" season and 1 buck. The license actually reads an "Either-Sex" Tag, but you can only tag two does, so this tag will have to be used to harvest a buck.Hope this helps!Wood
woody1975
Just remember to use your "Antlerless" tags on the does. It may sound dumb, but I've heard of a couple of people shooting their does and finding out when they shot a buck that they had to use somebody elses tag (Party Hunting) because they had tagged one of the does with the either sex tag.Good Luck - I have two doe tags left for Muzzleloading or Bow!
