BLACKJACK Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 Shot a pheasant last night, knew it was a young one, filleted out the breast and one thigh that wasn't shot up, put a few dry spices on the fillets, threw it in the GF grill and they turned out great!! Three minutes wasn't enough, had to give them a few more minutes, but the fillets turned out moist and tender and very tasty! Try it for a quick meal! Next time I will probably beat the fillets flat with a tenderizing hammer so they cook more evenly and faster, but it was definately good eating!
