Well I know this is a pretty vague question but what kind of line do most people use for Crappies, perch, through the ice.

I usually just use a good mono 2lb test but I have issues with line memory and twists. Does anybody use power pro if so how do you like it?

I went to 3# test. The new Gamma line is becoming a favorite of mine. Otherwise I use clear Trilene XL or XT.

I've been using P-Line Floroice for most, if not all, of my panfishing through the ice. 2 or 3 pound test depending on the situation and the method of fishing. Floroice is a copolymer, which means it's a mono coated in flourocarbon. A lot of great features packed into Floroice... helps reduce line twister and memory, helps reduce freeze-up, thin diameter yet very strong, virtually invisible in the water, the list goes on...

I'll also run Floroice for walleyes, smallies, and cats too...

Outside of Floroice I also like Berkley Cold Weather, and I'm going to try out that new Gamma ice line this winter too...

I have used Floroice for the past few years in either 2 or 3lb test... This year I am deffinatly giving the new Gamma a try.. I used the summer line and it was awesome.. I am expecting the same from the Ice line!
