just got myself a meat grinder/sausage stuffer and am looking for a couple good recipes for sausages and brats. anyone got any they would care to share?

Just made a batch with the "High Mountain" summer sausage kit from Cabelas using 5 lbs pork, 10 lbs beef and 15 lbs venison. Excellent results.
