I had an unfortunate accident over the weekend and deleted photos that I would have preferred to keep. I've done an internet search for recovery software and found several. I need software for the Mac. Has anyone tried recovery software with success?

Sorry to hear about your problem, we have all been there, done that. One FREE solution that seems to get good reviews is Photorec from CG Security. It is available for all platforms. Worth a try, my experience is that I get about 95% back undamaged. Good luck.
