Finns
Don't have a recipe but if you get one, make sure you use Maytag Blue Cheese! It's the best. Finns

Gus
Anyone have a good recipe for making Bleu Cheese dressing? I just can't get over how good some restaraunt Bleu cheese is and how horrible some of the store bought stuff is. Thanks for any tips or pointers.Gus

Coop
I used to work at a restaraunt, and made 5 gallon batches of blue cheese dressing every week. What we did was doctored up Kraft blue cheese dressing. We'd take 4 gallons of that, about a cup of white pepper garlic powder and 5 pounds of blue cheese. Some of the best dressing for wings I've ever had. For salads I actually prefer a sweet oil and vinegar based dressing with chunk blue cheese on top. KJSnider
Here is my favorite.2 bricks cream cheese, 16 ounces total.1 cup blue cheese, 8-10 ounces... approximate. I like more in mine.1 12 ounce can evaporated milk.1 Tablespoon garlic salt.1 cup Miracle Whip.Blend all together in a blender till smooth...I put in part of my blue cheese at first, and blend it smooth. But I like chunks, so will crumble the last part in and mix it up a little more, so you get chunks.Very good and easy.KJ
