trolling motor dont troll

I have a minnkota trolling motor that has slowly been dying. First I lost a few "gears" speed 1 forward works and speed 1 and 3 reverse works. Well...it moaned and groaned and slowly came to a halt all together this weekend. Anyone knows who fixes these, or if it's even worth it? Any help would be great.
