chef mike Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 cut pheasent like chicken, seasond with salt and pepper and onion powder. fry in pan till browned. put in roaster with 1 cut up onion, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup,2 soup cans of milk. bake at 350 degrees till onoin is tender.use the sauce as gravy for your spuds, and corn goes good for a veggie with this.
