That is too funny! When we were kids we use to eat in a chinese restaurant on Broadway in Fargo. There was a nasty alley behind it and my dad always told us that was where the "chicken" in the chowmein came from!.

A co-worker who saw this little jewel is
from Indianna, and he told me that a Chinese resturant in Indianapolis was shut down by the Health Dept for the very reason of finding cat heads in the dumpster.

I know this is here-say, but it does make one think....
