Here it is, the best weather of the year. I can smell the cool air in the morning. Hunting is upon us. And we are already talking ice fishing. We must be wackos............

I was just talking to the wife about when I'll be winterizing the boat and pulling out the portable. I figure that will be within the next month and then the fever will really hit me hard.

Wackos is what we had to put with for the last 3 months, the heat, thunderstorms,golf ball size hail and a few tonardos. A good cold snap and a snow storm would be welcome any day.

I don't think Im a wacko I just like to be prepared, I have already set up my portable and let it air out, putting in new lights in the stationary house and wall board up, put new line on my reels found all my gear, all I need is a new power auger this year
