Grouse recipes

im looking for a grouse recipe somebody might have, more on the sweet side than sour or a rice, just like a rub on or something that i ccook it in, kinda sweet to go with the meet somebody help???......

Heres what I do....cut out the breast and season with what ever you desire....Rap in bacon completely and smother in barbecue sauce and grill or bak at 350 degres...i recomend grilling

i like to grill grouse with western w/bacon dressing. use this instead of bbq. makes it a little sweeter. also on pheasants this is fabulous. i skin the bird hole and grill. very tastey.
