bigeyes75
I was wondering if anyone knows if you can drive your ATV on a wildlife management area if you are retrieving a deer? It is a little confusing in the 06 Reg's. It says you can retrieve big game with your atv. It does not specifically say where you can or cannot retrieve your deer on Wildlife management areas. This is what is says about state forest!Persons lawfully engaged in hunting big game or constructing hunting stands during October, November and December, retrieving big game during September, or trapping during open seasons, may use ATVs off forest trails in a manner consistent with the general operating restrictions. Does this apply to wildlife management areas?
