If I were you I would go to nadaguides and look up bluebook value on the boat. Looks to me bluebook is between 14-16K.

I saw a private seller advertising the same kind of rig earlier this year. He started out at around $20K and ended up selling it for around $17,500. Had one locator and a mid-range Minnkota along with travel cover, bow cushions and I believe 4 seats.
