bigdog Posted January 3, 2003 Share Posted January 3, 2003 I like to broil my trout. Spray broiler pan with a cooking spray, lay whole fish on the pan, I split them in half if they are over 14" long. Season with lemon pepper or whatever you like. Broil on low until the skin bubbles. If your broiler has an otion for hi or low, I use low. Set fish about 3" below element. lip_ripper Posted January 3, 2003 Share Posted January 3, 2003 Try this one!1 lemon1 can of crab meat1/2 cup chopped chives1/4 cup chopped parsley3 tbl. chopped celery1/4 cup melted butter1/4 cup mayo Rub fish w/ half of lemon inside and out. Mix ingrds. and stuff fish. Seal in alluminum foil. Bake or grill @375 for 1 to1 1/2 hrs. or when fish is flakey. Enjoy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
