I like to broil my trout. Spray broiler pan with a cooking spray, lay whole fish on the pan, I split them in half if they are over 14" long. Season with lemon pepper or whatever you like. Broil on low until the skin bubbles. If your broiler has an otion for hi or low, I use low. Set fish about 3" below element.

Try this one!

1 lemon
1 can of crab meat
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tbl. chopped celery
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup mayo

Rub fish w/ half of lemon inside and out. Mix ingrds. and stuff fish. Seal in alluminum foil. Bake or grill @375 for 1 to
1 1/2 hrs. or when fish is flakey.
