SteveWilson
If I want a good replica made (say of a Musky) what kind of data do I need to collect?
RuKiddingMe
I would think a good solid length, girth done in 1/4's and try to get some photos for different angles (trying to show markings), maybe a jaw width measurement if possible. Naturally the health of the fish being most important, but I'd get as much as I could. You know no sense in a replica when the fish is dead. Someday I hope to catch one worthy of a replica. Northlander
Good pictures, length, girth, special features, lake caught in and what time of year. The more pics of different parts of the fish the better.
