It's offical, Elliot Sadler is in the #19 as of late Tues. night. No word on who will take over the #38 as of yet, but Gilliland is rumored to be Yates pick. Although NASCAR hasn't cleared him to drive at Talledega. Mayfield is in the words to sign with Bill Davis racing for 2007, but may drive a handful of races in the #38 thus giving Gilliland his chance at rookie of the year for 2007.

Gilliland will be in the #38 this weekend. E. Sadler will be in the #19. Mayfield will be jumping from team to team for the rest of the season before heading to Bill Davis Racing and Toyota in 07'

The more and more I read, the more I think Mayfield is a whinning baby!

I think it is going to be hard for Toyota to compete with their current driver lineup. Jarrett is going to ride around until retirement, Vickers is a NOT a proven driver, Mayfield will run decent here and there, but will never be a real threat, Blaney, well enough said.......

And lets not forget about Mikey.......the most embarssing driver to ride around in the back of the back in Nextel Cup!

I think that Sadler will be a good fit in the 19. When it's all done and said I really think Mayfield will be the one who is hurt the most.

It looks like one thing for sure and that is Toyota is getting all the drivers that are not doing anything or are washed up.Looks to be a tough year for Toyota in its first year.

On a more positive note,they do have Mikey,what more could a new team ask for?
