trout replicas

Anyone ever had or seen a good replica of a brown trout. My wife and I recently caught some huge browns and cuttbows and are thinking about getting some reproductions made. Pics would be nice.

Go into the WI forum and get ahold of outdoor ran, he works for artistic anglers and knows everything there is to know about replicas. I have seen a lot of their work and everything has been fabulous from walleyes to trout. I am sure he can help you out.

I have a Bass and Sunfish reproduction from Fibertech in Nisswa. Did an excellent job with those fish. I stopped in their showroom and did see a couple trout that looked great.

Depending on where you are located:

Scott Miller in Prescott, WI is a national and international award winning taxidermist & woodcarver. Ron Schara even pointed him out on his tv show about 5-6 years ago. I've seen some of his work, and it's amazing.

Artistic Anglers does very nice work. I had them do a walleye and its awesome. I have seen a lot of their work and I can honestly say they have the best painter I have seen.
