nunzio
Has anyone tried this yet...Pat dry your fillets and lay them in a single layer in a cake pan. Lightly salt and pepper. Then place pats of butter on and around the fillets. Then peal 2-3 cloves of garlic (not the whole bulbs) and crush and chop and place some on all the fillets. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 12 - 14 min. Yummmm! - nunzio
Surface Tension
Ya I tried it. Good and simple. Let the water from the fillets cook off so you have a more intence garlic butter flavor.
swamptiger
I tried this one too, and give it a big thumbs up! I added a litle extra water to keep the fish from drying out, and also sprinkled some parmeson cheese on it as you suggested.Definately a keeper recipe! swamptiger
I use garlic salt and butter. For added flavor, sprinkle a little dill weed and grated parmeson cheese on too.Oh, Lord, it just doesn't get any better than this! I think it would work great for any fish, and its very easy, too. Maryjl
I do some thing like this, but I add rice green peppers and onions to it.
