Fall Turkey Hunting Application Deadline - July 28th

Greybeard reminded me in a post below that the deadline to apply has not yet passed, and that it's July 28th.

Just when the pheasant/dove/grouse guys thought the pesky turkey-talk was done! Ha!

Thanks for the reminder. FYI - I tried applying online and they have a message that comes up saying the site is down. I called the 800 number mentioned on the pop up. The rep tried telling me he couldn't find any info about fall turkey hunting for MN....I had to insist that I was looking for a fall turkey application. He then was very rude to me and found what he needed and took my info......just an FYI.

Easy on the Cheesehead, I'm outnumbered! I actually don't really get serious about fall turkey. If they happen to be in the area I'm bowhunting (and usually are) and I have a tag(and I usually do) then I'll spend some time hunting them. Otherwise I just don't have enough time for deer, muskies, work, crazy women, turkeys, etc.
